Snacks Recipes

So, its all very well having a great healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner but if you’re snacking on crisps and chocolate in between meals it kinda ruins your good work. That’s not to say you should NEVER have chocolate and crisps – we’re only human! I try and make a few healthy snacks over the weekend and keep them in the fridge so they’re there for us to pick at through the week. Try not to include crisps, chocolate etc in your weekly shop otherwise you’ll be sure to eat them all!
