GLOW Smoothie

“This is a favourite smoothie of mine when I’ve indulged a bit too much and I need some goodness”

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of Kale
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of frozen fruits of your choice - mango is great!
  • Blend everything together with enough almond milk to make your preferred consistency
