Hummus with Veggie Sticks

“This is without a doubt my little ones absolute favourite! She’d eat the whole bowl of Hummus with a spoon if let her!”

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 x 400g can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2tbs tahini
  • 3tbsp olive oil
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Handful of chopped coriander (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1tsp cumin (optional)
  • Salt to taste
METHOD
  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and whiz up until smooth. Add water a little a time if it needs to be a bit thinner. Serve with wholewheat pitta or veggie sticks
