Oaty Bites

“These oaty bites are really good to grab when you need a bit of energy and you’re in a rush. I usually make some at the start of the week and store them in the fridge. They never seem to last very long though!”

  • 3tbs nut butter of your choice (just make sure its good quality!)
  • 3tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 10 medjool dates (stones removed)
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 80g porridge oats
  • Whiz everything up in the food processor and then shape them into little balls of loveliness. Pop them in the fridge for 30 mins to set. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
