Overnight Oats

We’re all in a rush in the mornings and if you’re like me it doesn’t make any difference what time you get up! Instead of skipping breakfast try prepping these oats the night before so they’re ready to be enjoyed in the morning. There are so many different combos so find one that you love! INGREDIENTS
  • Oats
  • Almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Revolution Foods Protein Blend or 1tbs of good quality natural peanut butter
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1-2tbsp chia seeds
METHOD
Add everything to a mason jar making sure the milk covers the oats. Give it a good shake and then leave overnight in the fridge. Enjoy it cold in the morning or warm it through!
