Smoothie Bowls (makes 2 bowls)

“Ok so this is just a smoothie in a bowl but you can add more topping to them when they’re in a bowl and the very fact you’re eating it with a spoon makes it feel like more of a meal. You can really make these look beautiful and they are PACKED with good stuff!”

  • Half an avocado
  • 2 banana
  • 2 mejool dates
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach or kale
  • 2 tbsp Almond or Peanut butter
  • handful of frozen fruit of your choice
  • unsweetened almond milk
Topping Suggestions
  • Nuts
  • Chia
  • Sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • Flax
  • granola
  • any kind of fruit
  • coconut shavings
  • Whiz everything up in the blender, pour into a bowl and then get creative with your toppings.
