Simple ways to boost your food.

Sometimes we all go on autopilot when we’re preparing our food but it’s easy to get into the habit of pimping up your porridge or boosting your smoothies! Here are a few of the boosters that we use everyday at the moment….

So first things first – breakfast! The most important meal of the day! We tend to have porridge most mornings but we always pimp it up with a scoop of plant based protein from Revolution Foods whilst its cooking on the hob,  and then add a good sprinkling of Chia and Flaxseed. These are great sources of Omega 3 fatty acids, fibre and protein.

Water – we add Liquid Chlorophyll to our water for a great antioxidant boost.

Juices & Smoothies are a great way to up your fruit and veg intake during the day and we boost ours with a scoop of Super Blends Organic Amazonian Fruits.
