STOP being on a diet!

There are so many diets and slimming clubs out there that ask you to count calories or points throughout the day to ensure you lose the weight you want to lose. They work, of course they do! People are restricting their calories and that can only lead to one thing – weight loss. So why do I have such a problem with it?
